The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms complete with a kitchenette, which was very clean and spacious even when the sofa bed was extended. While the service was fantastic, particularly a polite helpful lady, the hotel itself seemed old and smelly. The location was great, especially for a Real Madrid match and being easy to get to the airport by the underground train. The dining experience was inconsistent with food delivered in a timely manner yet always the same with too much oil. The hotel facilities were adequate for my needs.
